Refund and Cancellation Policy​

Course Content Refund Policy:​
1. Full Refund:
- A 100% refund will be provided if a cancellation request is made within 7 days of purchase or before accessing more than 10% of the course content.
2. Partial Refund:
- A 50% refund will be provided if a cancellation request is made within 14 days of purchase or before accessing more than 25% of the course content.
3. No Refund:
- No refund will be issued if the cancellation request is made after 21 days of purchase or after accessing more than 50% of the course content.
Cancellation Process:
- To request a refund, contact our support team via email at info@nponesource.com with your order details and the reason for the cancellation.
- Our support team will review your request and respond within 3-5 business days.
Rotation Placement Service Refund Policy:
1. Full Refund:
- A 100% refund will be provided if a cancellation request is made within 7 days of the payment and before the rotation placement process has begun
2. Partial Refund:
- A 50% refund will be provided if a cancellation request is made within 14 days of the payment but after the rotation placement process has started.
3. No Refund:
- No refund will be issued if the cancellation request is made after 14 days of payment.

- To request a refund, contact our support team via email at info@nponesource.com with your order details and the reason for the cancellation.
- Our support team will review your request and respond within 3-5 business days.
Important Notes:
- Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 14 business days of approval.
- Any fees paid to third-party services or partners are non-refundable and not covered under this policy.
Exceptions:
In cases of medical emergencies or other extenuating circumstances, exceptions to the above policies may be made at the discretion of the management by contacting info@nponesource.com.
